SERVICE INSTALLATION:

$650.00 plus cost if the meter requires a road bore.  This fee is NON REFUNDABLE once the installation is complete.

DEPOSITS:

Residential $75.00

Commercial $150.00 Barns, shops, farms, churches, parks, water troughs, etc.

TRIP FEE:  $50.00

ONSITE COLLECTION FEE:  $30.00

RECONNECT FEE:  $50.00

RETURN CHECK/RETURN BANK DRAFT FEE:  $30.00

WATER USAGE REPORT:  $30.00

BASE RATE:  $12.00

MULTIPLE DWELLING:  $11.00 per additional residence

WATER RATES:  $7.00 per 1,000 gallons

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FEE: 

$2.00 on bills up to $100.00 or 2.95% on bills over $100.01.  Online and by phone, $2.95 on bills up to $150.00 or 2.95% on bills over $150.01.  LCWS DOES NOT GET THIS FEE!

OVERDUE COLLECTION FEE: $50.00 this is charged to all accounts up for disconnection due to nonpayment on the morning of cutoff.

TAMPER/THEFT FEE: $250.00 first incident, $500.00 each additional incident.
